Our office is located in the Burbank Medical Plaza Complex, directly across Alameda Avenue from the Providence St. Joseph Medical Center. The building is on Alameda Avenue, between Buena Vista Street and Frederic Street. It is adjacent to the “201 Building” which houses the Providence St. Joseph Breast Center.
A parking structure is present adjacent to the building; enter via Frederic Street off of Alameda Avenue, or via Buena Vista Street. Due to ongoing construction, parking structure entrance may vary.
No parking validation is provided. Additional parking may be available on the street, at the Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, or in other nearby parking structures.
From the 5 Freeway: Exit Alameda Avenue. Travel west approximately one mile. The building will be on the right side of the street.
From San Fernando Avenue: Take Alameda Avenue westbound for about 1 ½ miles. The building will be on the right side of the street.
From the 134 West: Exit Buena Vista. Travel to the intersection of Buena Vista and Alameda – turn left onto Alameda and enter the parking structure by turning right onto Frederic Street.
From the 101/134 East: Exit Buena Vista / Bob Hope Drive. Turn left at the end of the ramp, and then turn right onto Alameda Avenue. Make a left turn onto Frederic Street, directly across from the Providence St. Joseph Medical Center.
From Buena Vista (traveling South): Enter the office building complex on your right side, just before the intersection with Alameda Avenue.
